The core of our iSURO products is the iSU layer: an inlet filled with polystyrene beads. These beads can move freely within the iSU layer, and can thus be adapted to match any body position.
The larger the contact area between the person sleeping and the mattress, the less pressure is exerted on individual regions of the body. The beads inside the iSURO can be shifted into any position, so that perfect adjustment to every body shape is guaranteed. You can make use of this individual adjustment to find your preferred resting and sleeping position.
